Chad Alan Horn’s (b. 1973) oil paintings and works on paper are shaped by filmic imagery, memory, and narrative. His compositions unfold like staged sets, where figures are cast in ritualistic scenes often set within landscapes and domestic interiors. Horn has held a solo exhibition at Gallery 825 in Los Angeles and has participated in group shows at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, Great Park Gallery in Orange County, and The Wenlock Building in the UK. He holds a BFA in Painting from the University of Oklahoma and is based in Long Beach, CA.
